CPG-68000 is the NextGen door for GSC's deterministic procurement signal protocol: seven signals, one meaning each, GS1-anchored (each signal carries a GSC-registered GTIN), append-only, non-substitutable. A buyer-side AI Agent reads one signal and knows what to do — execute, evaluate, halt, abort, escalate to a human. Canon value on the wire stays ACM-68000 (header x-gsc-protocol); the full canon resolves on acm-68000.ai / acm-68000.org and the standards beacon.
